Having been around and involved in dancing for most of her life, Kathleen Farrelly has been teaching salsa for over a decade, leading her to open the dedicated Cork Dance Studio. Providing an array of programmes and space to energise limbs, shake hips and swing cats, the studio offers an opportunity for dancers of all ages and skill levels to come and change two left feet into two matching ones and improve their fitness at the same time. Spread out over 5000 square feet, facilities extend to three modern studios, specially designed sprung floors, dressing rooms and quality sound systems to proffer the body moving rhythms.

CityDeal figurantes will be able to enjoy a six week course in the Latin American art of salsa dancing, with its history traced all the way back to Cuba. Suitable for both men and women, each class lasts an hour with the chance to continue practicing beyond this at the free social club. With lessons happening on three different nights of the week, dancers can choose the most convenient for them.
