Things can begin in style, as dining duos head for the Vista Lounge to partake of a freshly shaken Cosmopolitan cocktail each (€7.50). With appetites awakened, guests can feast their eyes on the à la carte menu before tucking into their main of choice. Dishes include hearty meats such as the slow roasted pork belly on a pomme puree, served with panfried black pudding and a cider and mustard sauce (€15.50), and a 10oz rib eye steak cooked to taste and served with a crispy onion stack and French fries (€25.50). Vegetarians can opt for the handrolled ricotta and spinach tortellini (€14.95), and all diners can enjoy a selection of fresh market vegetables, French fries or a mixed salad with their meal.
