The 30 minute appointment includes a full body composition analysis, during which the percentages of fat, muscle, and water are measured. The consultation also includes full body measurements, lifestyle questionaire and a Body Mass Index calculation. Results are discussed with the consultant to consider future steps. Clients can go home clutching a copy of Dr. Maurice Larocque’s book, The Dietary Revolution, which outlines weight management approaches and provides healthy recipes aplenty.
