Encased within the cosy confines of Clontarf Court Hotel, Indigo plates up authentic Indian fare in the shape of crispy pakoras, deeply-hued curry sauces, and freshly-baked naan breads. Spicing up table spreads, the vibrant parade of flavours will begin with a starter platter, complete with chicken tikka, seekh kebabs, onion bhajis, tandoori king prawns, vegetable samosas, and spicy chicken wings (€9.95) to share between two. A classic lamb or chicken curry dish will make up the main course, with options including the likes of the fruity chicken mango wala with mint, onion and fenugreek (€12.95) or the red-hot heat of the lamb achari served with pickled limes, spring onion, and coriander (€13.95). Dishes will come with a steaming bowl of pilau rice (€2.50) each, along with poppadoms (€2) and a naan bread (€1.95) to tear and share.
