From specific Strongman training to sports specific programmes the experienced team offer something for every level of fitness, as they make use of tractor tyres, medicine balls, and free weights.
Each 60-minute boot camp session is a fast paced blend of cardio and resistance exercises and routines, designed to build strength and get heart rates elevated. Clients can take up to three sessions a week over the course of four consecutive weeks. In addition to the boot camp sessions each client will also receive a Biosignature body composition analysis. This information can then be used to help draw up a specific training programme and make diet and lifestyle changes.
