A craic team of exercise experts has been assembled at Get in Shape Fitness with a mission is to get Ireland’s fitness seekers in fine form using an arsenal that includes personal training and outdoor boot camps. On the sprawling greens of Phoenix Park and Herbert Park they put the fun back in functional fitness with a blend of high intensity exercises and specialist equipment. The team also provide nutritional tips and advice on their website for those looking to give the right fuel to the tiger within.

Over a four week period, one or two clients can leap towards fitness goals with up to four boot camp sessions available each week. Taking place on Monday and Wednesday from 6.45pm to 7.45pm in Phoenix Park and Tuesday and Thursday from 6.30pm-7.30pm in Herbert Park, each 60-minute session is packed full of heart rate-raising and muscle-tightening routines. Kettle bells, circuit training, and box fit are just some of the methods used to help get clients closer to their natural fighting weight.
