Each day begins with breakfast and free play, before getting stuck into activities like gluing and animal impersonations. Signing up for six months of childcare at one of a choice of locations across Dublin city and county, Kildare, and Wicklow, parents can use their voucher towards as many weekdays of fun-filled activity as their child can handle. There are full and part time care options available; the voucher covers two days' care a week for one month (up to €536) at any of the centres, but parents have the option to pay the difference towards three, four, or five days' care per week. For example, if a parent wants to pay for 3 days care for the first month at the cheapest location using the Groupon voucher, they will have to pay an €89 supplement; at the most expensive location, they will have to pay a €273 supplement.
The cost of the remaining five months of the contract will depend on the cost of the individual crèche, the age of the child, and the number of days care per week. The child must be booked in and start before 30 June 2012, and a €200 deposit (for 2, 3 or 4 full days) €400 deposit (for 5 full days) is required to hold their place. This deposit is fully refunded after the six month term ends if it is cancelled 30 days prior to the end date. If parents opt not to sign up for six months, or break the contract, the deposit is forfeit.
