Wheeling over traditional exercise methods, ElliptiGO Fitness fuse their stylishly-designed elliptical trainer bikes with tailored toning exercises. The custom-built ElliptiGO 8S bike combines the benefits of running, cycling, and cross-training, and is used in their three bases across Co. Dublin. Working out in small groups, the black-shirted ElliptiGO trainers refuse to shy away from the great outdoors, incorporating fresh air and most conditions into their workouts.

Adventurers can immediately expect to become acquainted with the ElliptiGO 8S bike as it is used for the 25 minute aerobic part of the 60 minute boot camp sessions. The second half of each hour-long class will be dedicated to anaerobic exercise, where the focus switches to short bursts of push-ups or squats, helping to transform guests’ core strength and biceps.
