Realbootcamp.ie has arrived on Irish shores, and with an arsenal that includes kettle bells, dumbbells, and military might, their mission is to prove that sweat is just weakness crying. Having served in the military for seven years, lead instructor Eoghan Barry knows a thing or two about achieving front line fitness. While bringing his positive and motivational approach, minus the shouting, Eoghan provides sessions that are a blend of high intensity exercises mixed with real military workouts.
Each 60-75 minute session is packed full of various cardio and resistance exercises aimed at keeping heart rates high and muscles toned. Sessions are held six days a week morning, afternoon, and evening in Blackrock and Templeogue and are suitable for fitness seekers of all levels.
