Food for thought can give you something to chew on, but often isn't very filling. Take the tasty option with today's Groupon: €45 for three courses of Japanese cuisine for two with bottle of wine at Sushi King.
Recommended by the prestigious Bridgestone Guide in 2009, Sushi King brings a taste of Asia to Irish streets. The eatery makes tasty use of local produce whilst creating flavour blends of a distinctly authentic Japanese variety that often encounter mango, terayaki, and balanced spice. Sushi encasing all types of ingredients raw and cooked sits alongside noodles, soups, rice, and meat dishes in the eclectic menu. Providing a relaxed and informal dining experience, Sushi King welcomes parties, pairs, and chopstick novices through its doors.
After choosing between a bottle of the house red or white wine, culinary sojourns will be kicked off with a choice of soup, including poached king prawns (€5.90), miso (€2.75), and chicken breast served with ramen noodles (€5.90). Dining experiences will move up a gear as they move into mains like the 8oz rib eye steak seared in a garlic and soy sauce, served with togoroshi onions (€16.95), or the breaded chicken breast, served with katsu curry sauce and steamed rice (€8.60). Diners can choose between a side or a dessert each too, before finishing meals with either tea or coffee.

The service is always good, very friendly and relaxed. The food is quickly prepared, yet it tastes fresh. I believe it is very good value & always worth going there for a snack, quick lunch or even dinner.
