The Retreat
Hosted in a retreat centre in the South Mayo hills, the weekend away begins on a Friday evening, with guests arriving from 7pm for supper. The following day and a half is spent in pleasant retreat, with walks in the surrounding countryside, and yoga at the retreat centre, which is complete with lake and mountain views. A maximum of 10 people participate, and nutritious meals are included along with lodging in single or bunk beds.
