The Hotel
A green-shrouded auberge overlooking the rural spoils of the bay, Westlodge Hotel is set within landscaped gardens that play host to intertwining paths and a diverse array of wildlife. The inn’s picturesque exterior is complemented by a multi-functioning interior comprising a bar and restaurant and boasting extensive leisure facilities. The Sugarloaf Restaurant takes advantage of its thriving surroundings, with a menu whose mainstays include local produce and fresh seafood from Bantry Bay.
The Stay
After receiving a warm and crunchy welcome with a coffee or tea and freshly made West Cork cookies in the bar, guests can move up to their en suite double room, with TVs and white fluffy towels adding touches of home comfort. Duos will also have use of the Westlodge relaxation and leisure centre, where a heated swimming pool accompanies a sauna, steam room, and gym for a spot of optional exercise. Each morning will be embarked upon with the hotel’s hearty full Irish breakfast.

Every single one of the staff were wonderful. They were the friendliest, most helpful staff we've encountered anywhere. The reception staff greeted us warmly every time we passed by and asked if they could help or if everything was ok for us, and it was genuine.
