The human form is held in high esteem at Fit4Life Health and Fitness Club, where an experienced team of fitness instructors offer a variety of classes, personal training sessions and injury rehabilitation massages in a purpose built gymnasium in Kilmallock. From posture correction and core conditioning to weight management and flexibility programmes, the fit4life crew have something to suit every fitness goal.
Clients can work up a sweat and make the most of five gym sessions or group classes. The gymnasium has all the classic toning gear ranging from small and hefty free weights through to various resistance machines and cardio apparatus. In a training hall a selection of classes are available, with Pilates, indoor cycling, boot camp and Zumba all on offer.
