There was a lady in Easy Trip, Customer Services, who helped me through the process of setting up an account for my niece. She was exceptional, calm, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable during the whole process. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but I can assure you she made the whole problem (of my own making) go away. I have already recommended Easy Trip to my brother.

Excellent customer service

Very happy with East Trip tag. No problems setting up account on line. Only issue is that it was not evident that you had to top up your credit on signing in. Not a big deal but would have preferred to have known. The credit will be used anyway so not a big issue to be fair. Used it recently for the first time and is was great to just drive through the Tolls without stopping and putting in coins. Thanks Easytrip.
