Dublin’s biggest outdoor adventure centre, Fort Lucan, boasts an abundance of rides and games for action-loving children. Kids can splash into a pool of water from the 40-foot slide, speed down ziplines, traverse on aerial walkways, run amok in the army-style assault course and tear around on pedal go karts. Under fives can blast around in baby go karts, have shenanigans in the sand pit or behave like little monkeys on the mini climbing frame. Meanwhile, adults can take advantage of the blue Waterslide or Crazy Golf. Since all of this can be hungry work, the on-site cafe helps fuel the day's activities.
Bring a picnic blanket, loads of gras area to sit on.

Get there early on weekends or nice sunny days! Bring a picnic if you don't want to queue for food. Food is reasonably priced and fine for the day out its really just the long queues is the reason l would say bring your own. Also the free coffee for adults paying €4 in is not nice coffee. If you want proper coffee there is a small shop opposite the water slide coffee much better there but you pay for it. Lovely day out and great value with the voucher!
