Exceeded my expectations, could do with some renovations though. Here is an honest review, I visited this Aparthotel on the 17th of may 2023 with my wife. It was our first time visiting France so we were abit skeptical. The moment we entered we felt at home, the staff were very polite, friendly and spoke great English which made us feel 10x better. The Aparthotel itself exceeded our expectations, from the reviews it was deemed not to go there however we fairly enjoyed it, the room we stayed in was spacious, had a TV, a table to eat at, wardrobe, microwave and stove Followed by cutlery and plates. There is also a vending machine in the reception which is perfect for tourists to get a quick snack or drink. The experience was great However we did notice a burnt mark in the floor that the bed was hiding, some scratches on the walls and a previous hole that has been filled in the bathroom door which let the hotel down. All this hotel needs is some renovations for the rooms and it would definitely deserve 3* or higher. The location was great, there’s multiple restaurants with different cuisines, supermarkets and bakeries. The hotel itself is directly across a public tram stop so it’s a little noisy at times. From the hotel it’s around €30-40 Uber into Paris which isn’t that bad, you can also use the public transport outside like trams but don’t use French taxis as they will rip you off, for example G7 Taxis. Overall, I would recommend this Aparthotel to travellers like myself. Me and my partner fairly did enjoy it, simple renovations could turn this place around.

We left as soon as we arrived. As soon as we entered the room we were greeted by a musty smell of smoke. There was no smell of clean or detergent. On one of the walls there were holes and the mark of a broken shelf, which we found stored in one of the drawers. The general cleanliness was very sloppy and the double bed was horribly made. No bedspread and one pillow different from the other. There were only two small towels in the bathroom. No shower towels. So we decided not to waste our stay in Paris and we escaped. When returning the keys, the person at reception did not ask us anything about the reason for our escape. Maybe she was used to customers running away. Fortunately we found other accommodation in the center of Paris in a very welcoming structure.

Dirty, pitiful Greasy walls and floor, no air conditioning, at the reception depending on who attends you, it can be unpleasant. Poorly maintained and poorly ventilated rooms. Smoking in the rooms, cigarette butt marks on the floor. Not recommended at all.

Excellent location but you get what you pay for! I chose this apartment for the excellent location and cheap price. It was located 2 min walk away from T7 (tram), which you pick up direct from Orly Airport and links onto M7 (metro), which takes you to the city centre. The only downside is that it's in zone 3, which makes a day pass for the metro that bit more expensive. Previous to arrival, I'd requested adjoining rooms, as I was travelling alone with my 3 teenage daughters. Whilst checking in, I noticed the keys started with different numbers so asked if we were on the same floor, which we were not. I told the receptionist I'd requested adjoining rooms. He clicked at his computer and said no, we're full. I showed him the message I'd put on the website for the hotel manager and said I was alone with my girls. After about 5 mins of shuffling rooms around, we managed to all be on the same floor, about 4 rooms apart, of which I was very relieved. He said the website I booked on was English and they didn't receive the message. The hotel did send me a message a couple of days before arrival with a hot link, which didn't open. I messaged back about this but had no reply. The rooms were a good size but very tired and basic. The bedside shelves were missing in our room so had to place cups etc on the floor. The bed was firm with one very thin pillow. (They had no more pillows, as they were full!) The bedding and towels looked clean. The floor could have done with a mop and the fridge was dirty but the rest of the apartment was ok. The biggest issue was the heat in the room, as it was somewhat unbearable. As we were on the front, 10m away from the tram, you could not have your window open. The window was huge and opened fully, as it was a fire escape window. We opened it to blow fresh air in before sleeping, but as soon as it was shut, the heat filled the room again. (We were on the 3rd apartment floor, so 4th floor.) It really needed air con or a fan at least. We managed 3 nights on very little sleep due to the heat and folded over pillow. The day temperature was between 27-30°c whilst there. The buffet breakfast was adequate with a mix of cereal, small croissants, toast, scrambled egg, bacon, sausage, yohurt, apples and traditional continental foods. There was a selection of teas, a coffee machine, milk and juice. The breakfast area could also benefit from a fan or air con. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall, for the value of money and excellent location, I'd stay there again but I'd attempt to squeeze in a fan into my luggage! I paid 59€ per apartment, per night, which included buffet breakfast- priced at 10€, if paid at the hotel. Very cheap for Paris!

Very poor cleaning the room is big, but very poorly cleaned, there was only one bath towel and one face towel, which looked old and grimy, for a couple. There was no carpet in the bathroom, a lot of dust on the bedroom floor, window and balcony. Strong smell of smoke in the room and in the hotel corridors. The bed has considerable unevenness, it was very difficult to get used to the smell of the room. We don't have breakfast.
