Would stay here again! Great hotel in a great location - only a 15 minute walk to Trevi Fountain/Spanish steps. There were lots of restaurants, cafes, markets a short distance away. The room was clean and modern with fantastic shower, very comfy bed and pillows, and good facilities provided like mini fridge, TV, hairdryer. The staff were helpful and friendly and were able to assist with booking taxis and day trips.

Groupon’s Guide To Rome

From famous historic sites to relatively obscure catacombs, basilicas, fountains and museums, the Eternal City has many things to offer, as historic landmarks go hand in hand with the vibrant city nightlife.

Passing through old cobblestone streets and ruins, visitors can catch a glimpse of Rome’s main attractions such as the Pantheon, one of the best kept classical architecture buildings in the world, the iconic Trevi Fountain and the Vatican Museums. Sweeping views over the city can be captured on film and camera from the Spanish Steps, where holidaymakers can unwind over a prosciutto panini or a gelato after a day of exploring numerous shopping centres and bazaars. Nestled beneath the Vatican walls, the Prati district mixes elegant office buildings with high-end boutiques and public squares, while imposing military barracks and Museo delle Anime dei Defunti provides a unique experience. Tourists can also get a taste of a typical Italian night out by visiting local restaurants, bars and clubs and enjoying a classic pizza or pasta.

Great hotel in Rome Great location. 15/20 min walk to sights. Clean and modern room. Fantastic shower. Comfy bed and pillows slept really well. Friendly and helpful staff. Downside was no late check out or use of shower afterwards to freshen up, which meant we had to hang around the hotel for the afternoon as it was a hot 36 degrees. Otherwise would highly recommend.

Conveniently located for Rome's main attractions I arrived 2 days before an Insight Vacations 'Country Roads of Italy' tour. This hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of many of Rome's attractions. My room was comfortable and the buffet breakfast enjoyable. Staff were helpful regarding directions, taxis etc.

Great stay! Just stayed there last week with a tour group and i can say that they are 4/5! Hotel is clean, staff friendly and location is just right. Breakfast is on the average. Lift was kinda slow but at least it served its purpose. Thanks Via Veneto Hotel! _

Great Place to Stay In Rome Great Stay, Friendly Staff You see. There's a few bad reviews online about this hotel, some are putting a bad review because their room has no fridge. I mean if you want a specific furniture in your room- maybe... while your booking makes you sure you do check if what's included and what is not. Plus, spend more money to upgrade your room. There's a reason why there's a different type of rooms. Guests are allocated to what you can afford. We had a great experience. Rooms were spacious enough for myself and my husband. We got a balcony room for a good price (Though we didn't expect the balcony).. Toilet is huge. Very Clean and a very comfortable bed. We didn't hear any noise at all to think we stayed on a Friday night and outside of our balcony is one of the main road. The arrival desk/reception area smelled so nice. Arrived late in the evening and was still welcomed with a smile and a very friendly receptionist. This place is 10-11minutes walking distance to Trevi Fountain, 16-17minutes drive to Vatican and 10minutes walk to Centro. Very convenient to almost everything. A bonus. They have a storage room where you can leave your stuff FOR FREE while you wait for your flight, you just have to ask nicely. Most of their lovely Staff are fluent in English (not that it matters) incase if you are curious. I'm sorry that others had a negative experience. I'd recommend to call in advance if you have queries. It's actually a lovely place to stay, give it a try.. Also, if you booked a budget room type, lower your expectation. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you to the staff of this hotel for keeping up the good work. PS: We didn't try their breakfast as we were on the go and started our day early.
