Camera arrived with a broken power supply. The plastic pin (UK type) for the Earth was broken off, making it dangerous to try to plug it in.
When I looked for a replacement I was told I would have to return the whole unit (of which I wanted to keep) instead of just the power supply. Has this did not suit the supplier would not or could not send just a power supply. Instead I was offered a small (not enough to buy a power supply) credit amount on my Groupon account.
