I have used their services often and have found the quality and the merchandise excellent. However my second last purchases... three cushions ..., one has arrived and no sign of the other two. I am very disappointed because I love their products as gifts and now they’re late. Fingers crossed that arrive.

Quality of picture is good, delivery was good but quality of jigsaw is not good at all pieces breaking off it and presentation not good when it a present.
