Choose Between Two Options

Mixed Training: 7:15 a.m. Monday, Tuesday and Friday: designed to wake people up for the day ahead. Open to all abilities, age and gender. Begins with some light aerobic work and mobility exercises, then progresses towards a strength style circuit, working on either upper body, lower body, core, or a combination of these. The class ends with a couple of high intensity exercises combined with some stretches.
Female Only Training: 11 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday: specifically designed to build and tone the female body with activities focusing on areas such as inner thigh or backs of the arms.
Male Only Training: 2 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday: featuring assault bikes, slam balls, push-ups, pull-ups, and Olympic lifting and more.

About The Brook Gym
The Brook Gym is a Donnybrook gym and fitness centre located next to the stadium and just a short stroll away from Bective Rangers Football Club. They offer an array of fitness classes for men and women alike. Customers can take advantage of personal training sessions, or opt for a semi-private practice. Nutrition programs are also available.
