Can I check Europcar hire rates without making a reservation?
You can check all of Europcar’s rate for car and van hire on their website before you book. If you use a Europcar discount code you will save money on the advertised rates, so be sure to apply it before you book and pay.
Is insurance included in my Europcar rental?
The majority of Europcar’s basic rental charges include a collision damage waiver and a theft waiver. This cover comes with an excess of €1500-€2500 depending on the vehicle category.

Can my Europcar excess be reduced to zero?
The premium for the Super Damage Waiver (SDW) costs €19.50 to €27 per day depending on the vehicle you have hired. Payment of the SDW premium reduces the excess/deductible to zero.
How can I pay for my Europcar rental?
The main driver must provide a major credit card in their own name to complete a booking. This will be used to pay the deposit and must be produced on arrival when you pick up your hire vehicle. Europcar accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club.
Payment must be made with a credit card. Cash, prepaid cards, debit cards, electronic cards or a credit card from a third party will not be accepted. Refer to Europcar’s terms and conditions for more details.
