Bang are passionate about sourcing the finest Irish suppliers, using local seasonal produce when possible, including vegetables from Keelings just outside of Dublin, herbs from a local micro grower and flour from Ballymena Mills, while meat and dairy come from some of Ireland’s best artisan producers.
