Four stars gleam out from the scenic spread of Shournagh Valley where Blarney Golf and Spa Resort resides, sitting across 170 acres of picturesque green. Along with a sprawling golf course, the site boasts spa facilities including a pool, gym, and sauna for ample opportunity to let off steam.  A visit to the resort will include allday use of the spa facilities, as well as 90 minutes of top to toe sprucing. A Yon Ka facial will moisturise, cleanse, and revitalise, while massages will soothe the back, neck, and shoulders. This will be followed by a head and scalp massage before finishing off the rubdowns with a foot mask and hand massage to appease paws. Finally, an eyebrow shape adds a highly defined finishing touch. Lunch will then be served up in Cormac’s Bar, where guests can munch on any soup, sandwich, or panini of choice. Anyone who fancies tagging along can scoop up a round of golf for €20 as well as lunch for €9.95. The meal was fabulous, very high quality presentation and very good portions, left feeling full but not too full. Leisure facilities were clean and what you would expect from a hotel of this size.
