The key principles of the Bujinkan System are reflected in each of the three lessons and alongside martial arts techniques that include strikes, kicks, and grappling, all students will develop their focus, balance, and stealth skills. During the eight week course students will learn how to roll and fall, and how to take defensive and offensive combat postures. Initial unarmed techniques will also be taught, including strikes and locks, with later lessons involving an introduction to the use of the sanshaku bo, a 3 foot long wooden staff.
