The restaurant dishes up locally sourced ingredients where possible, plated in signature dish styles, while the Clyde Bar deals in laid back light bites or a cheeky chick of cocktail glasses. Carefully selecting their favoured flavour of tea or coffee, pairs can tuck in to an afternoon tea. The feast will begin with a selection of sandwiches, including devilled egg and cress on sour dough, and Irish beef with red onion marmalade, served up on tomato and herb bloomer. Warm fruit scones are served up with clotted cream and red berry jam, alongside lemon drizzle cake and a teasoaked fruit cake. Finishing touches follow with a few tarts and chocolate goodies to nibble on, as guests raise a glass of Prosecco each with pinkies well outstretched.
