Keeping female forms shapely, Energie Fitness For Women is a women’s only gym equipped with vibration plate facilities and an infrared sauna. The Énergie team deliver onetoone attention with sessions of personal training, while larger groups are taken out for lively classes of circuit and kettlebell exercises. Fitness seekers can head over to the Raheen centre between Monday and Saturday for five sessions of personal training. The instructors will ensure visitors of all abilities are up to speed with the vibration plates and other Énergie facilities, before drawing up customised tips and possible exercise schedules during 60minute bursts.
