About This Deal
Old MacDonald had a farm, but with only one pig and one cow and one horse, it was never a very successful one. See how nature does it with today’s Groupon €6 for one adult and two children’s tickets to Flavours of Fingal. About The Event Spread across the grounds of Newbridge House, the Flavours of Fingal agricultural show offers families a day filled with farmyards, food, and obligatory facepainting. Newbridge House and Farm will provide the setting for the farm part of the show, with sheep competitions joining equestrian chases and dog trials in the livestockbased fun. Meanwhile foodie types and fans of a good hot dog will be appeased at the walled garden’s food village, featuring local artisan produce and chefs showing off their wares and skills with cooking demonstrations. Younger visitors can encounter all manner of farmthemed entertainment at Flavours of Fingal, and can take their pick from craft activities and interactive biodiversity events that throw in a little bit of sly education just for good measure. The Venue Newbridge House and Farm is a stately Georgian mansion that sits on expansive grounds comprising a working farm and adventure playground. Shetland ponies wonder the paddock in harmony with a whole host of other creatures that includes piglets, goats, and chicks. The grounds also boast an historic walled garden which will play host to the culinary fare on display.
