The Event
With the new season of La Liga approaching, the world record Champions Cup winners of Real Madrid strive to put behind last year’s underachievements and crown themselves Spanish champions again. With the experienced Rafa Benitez as the new head coach, and the likes of Christiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale, Los Galácticos will be a tough opponent for their fierce rivals from Barcelona. Though important matches like those with Real Sociedad and Malaga must be won to achieve their goals, Real Madrid will want to be careful against small teams such as the newly promoted Las Palmas.
