The Hotel

The Principe Lampedusa Boutique Hotel is housed in the historic Villa Lampedusa, which dates back to the 18th century.

The Villa Lampedusa was the summer residence of the Prince of Lampedusa, one of the dwellings that inspired his colossal work The Leopard. Renovated in recent years while maintaining the original architectural style, the villa houses rooms and suites furnished with antique furniture and large marble bathrooms.

Each room is equipped with modern air conditioning, a TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, a minibar, a private bathroom, complimentary toiletries, bathrobes, a safe, a coffee maker and other amenities needed for the comfort of the guests.

The property is located in a quiet and traffic-free area, but still close to the centre of Palermo and just a few minutes from Mondello beach and the city's main sports facilities. Also nearby are the Parco della Favorita and the Real Casina Cinese, better known as Palazzina Cinese, a sumptuous oriental-style residence built by King Ferdinand III.
