I purchased this coupon as I was looking for a “chiropractic consultation”, however, the professional who saw me was not a chiropractor. The term “spinologist” is new to me, but I quick search online shows that there are differences in their qualifications.
It lacks transparency when selling their services!
As well as that, I felt embarrassed at the end of the consultation when the spinologist pressured me into buying a package of 5 sessions. It was an uncomfortable situation…
