What is HYPOXI-Therapy?
Lasting approximately 30 minutes per session, the treatment involves the client exercising on a stationary bike within a machine that combines vacuum and compression methods. There are three different machines available that target different areas of the body. The two most popular are the Trainer L250 which concentrates on legs and buttocks, and the Trainer S120 which focuses on legs, buttocks and hips. And the body composition analysis?
This procedure aims to give an in-depth analysis of your body composition, measuring fat and lean mass. The machine will then generate a report that helps staff tailor nutritional and exercise plans to customers.
What happens at sessions?
Customers will begin their treatment with a personalised consultation, including composition analysis and measurements. Clients will then get into the specialist HYPOXI equipment for three sessions of 30 minutes each. For best results, the treatment should be combined with a healthy diet and lifestyle.
