The Deal

One or two diners can sit down to a selection of items from the a la carte menu, with €40 towards the final bill. Potential options run from starters such as rocket salad with parmesan, bacon and balsamic vinegar (usually €8.95) to ricotta and spinach ravioli (€11.95) or tagliatelle with sausage, gorgonzola and cream mushrooms (€14.95). Wild boar stew (€22.95) is also available alongside pan-fried monkfish (€20.95) or zonnona (€14.95) and nostromo (€11.95) pizzas.

The Merchant

I Monelli aims to serve up a selection of classic Italian dishes, drawing on regional influences from around the country. Elements of Mediterranean and Moorish cooking are also incorporated into the menu, with kids’ options also available. Events such as wine tastings are also held, with the Oak Room offering a private function space for hire.
