When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 1st Sep 2024. May buy multiples as gifts. No jumping off the outside platforms as it may be shallow in some areas and you could hurt yourself. No jumping off small slide. When climbing the iceberg, you must climb the white sides only. You may not climb the blue side. When sliding down the iceberg, use the yellow side, lean back, cross your arms and keep your feet together. No standing or jumping from the top of the iceberg and only one person is permitted at the top at any time. Do not enter the lifeguard tower unless there is lifeguard in the tower. Strictly no diving anywhere. Failure to abide by these rules may result in injury or removal from the waterpark. Socks must be worn on waterpark. Moderate level of swimming and fitness required. Children must be 8 years or older. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Depths vary from 3' (1 meter) to 16' (5 meters). Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled slot. Wetsuits and Lifejackets provided. You can use your own wetsuit. Boat leaves pier on the hour every hour. Please bring proof of booking. Please bring a towel, sun cream and plastic bag to take home wet clothing. Nail extensions are permitted but may result in the loss of fingernails. Wetsuit booties are permitted but not mandatory. Management reserve the right to close any section of the waterpark in the interest of safety or for any other reason without notifying customers. Lifeguards must be adhered to at all times. Failure to do so will result in removal from Water Park. Additional admin fee applies. 7-day cooling-off refund period does not apply. No refunds for change of mind Valid until 1st September 2024..
