Family admission is valid for up to 2 adults and up to 2 children (or 1 adult and up to 3 children). Each session lasts 50 minutes (45 minutes for children). Valid Monday to Friday 10 am - 8 pm, Saturday 10 am to 6 pm. No special clothing or footwear required. Not suitable for clients suffering from cardiac insufficiency, hypertension, acute respiratory attack or alcohol poisoning. If unsure, client should consult their GP prior to treatment. About Matei's Salt Cave Located in Castleknock, Matei's Salt Cave welcomes little ones and grown-ups. The cave features 20 tons of salt on the walls and floor, helping to clear the lungs and improve skin condition. Salt therapy lasting 45 minutes for children and '45 minutes' for adults is available as single sessions as well as packages, and the cave is kitted out with a kids play area and soft armchairs.
