Directions of use:

• Mix one rounded scoop (60g) with 400-500ml of water or milk in a shaker or blender as required
• For the best results, add fluid first and shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds
• Use one-two servings per day
• On training days consume one serving, ideally in the morning, and one serving after the training session
• On non-training days consume one serving in the morning or as a snack throughout the day.
