I haven’t gotten to my massage yet but if there customer service is a 10/10 I can’t wait to see how my treatment goes.
Was talking to a girl today lynn through emails and she couldn’t of been more helpful, friendly & patient.

I bought a Groupon from this spa for my friends birthday. She called on the morning of her appointment to say that she had covid symptoms, asking if she could reschedule. They told her that she couldn’t reschedule because she hadn’t given them 24 hours notice. They told her she could have a later appointment the same day instead (of course she would still have covid symptoms later that same day). Or give the appointment to a friend (of course this wasn’t very realistic because it was last minute). When I emailed them to ask if they would be willing to reschedule since my friend did the right thing by not coming to her appointment so as not get staff or guests sick with covid, they told me that their policy was 24 hours. In light of the more contagious omicron variant I am appalled that they have not amended their cancellation policy in order to prevent the spread of covid. Would they have preferred that my friend come in and get guests and staff sick? By not being flexible under these types of circumstances, it is a health and safety risk because it says to the client “you can either miss out on your money and appointment or you can keep quiet and come in for yo ur appointment”. It’s not safe! Not only that, but a spa which delivers good treatments will always ensure excellent customer service too, but I have had nothing but trouble from the Merrion Day Spa while trying to reschedule my friends birthday gift appointment. I can only imagine what it is like when you actually step foot in the door. Absolutely appalling.
