Accelerating learning experiences with a host of instructors, Naas Driving Academy comes equipped with fullyinsured bikes, cars and trucks to help steer learners in the right direction. Originating in County Kildare, the academy has expanded to cover greater tracts in the east of the island, offering test routes on all types of vehicle. All lessons and programs are tailored to the abilities and skill levels of the learner. Nascent motor cyclists can hone their braking, gears and handling skills with both module one and two of the required Initial Basic Training IBT course for firsttime learner permit holders. Module one has six objectives and consists of three hours of classroom tuition introducing learners to motorcycle controls, technical checks and starting and stopping the engine amongst other wheelbased tips. With ten objectives and at least five hours of tuition on a bike, module two encompasses more advanced skills including slow riding, slalom riding, and rear observation/mirror usage.
