This opulent setting has recently gained a new recruit, in the form of a baby grand piano, providing an added touch of oldworld glamour. Settled in the decadent piano bar, guests can ply their munching tools with the roast rump of Irish lamb with colcannon potato, roasted shallots and rosemary jus, or perhaps slide face first into the ham hock with creamy mash, mustard seed cabbage and fresh parsley sauce.
