Fine Print
Expires 120 days after purchase. Valid Hours: Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturdays from 2 PM to 6 PM. They are also open some Sunday afternoons. Appointment required. Merchant contact information will be available for you after purchase in your voucher.
- Patch test available upon request; must be booked at least 2 hours before the procedure, or a waiver must be signed.
- This service cannot be performed if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- No painkillers, alcohol, caffeine, or workouts 24 hours prior to the appointment.
- If on antibiotics, doctor's consent is required before treatment.
- No facial tan on the day of your appointment.
- Anti-wrinkle injections must be done at least 3 weeks before or after this procedure.
- Avoid fish oil capsules for 1 month prior to your appointment.
- No eyelash extensions for eyeliner procedures.
- Medical consent is required if taking Warfarin or other blood thinners.
- Antabuse or Roaccutane users must wait 6 months before treatment (lip procedures only).
- If you’ve ever had a cold sore, obtain a prescription for Acyclovir or Zovirax (1500mg daily) and begin taking it 3 days before the procedure.
