Surfing sea swells to the seashore, the pupils of Poseidon at Surf SUP wet the heads of budding tube riders with a range of courses at Spanish Point, Co. Clare. The school caters for stag and hen parties and offers kids’ camps, spreading a love of the waves across the age ranges. They can also hold sessions as Gaeilge for those looking to practise the language.  During a twohour session, aspiring surfers will be given some initial landbased instruction on the techniques required for balanced fun times in Poseidon’s playground. As they break the surface, participants can find their equilibrium and become one with the waves. Alternatively, those keen to start off on two feet can try out standup paddleboarding.
