Taught in many countries and corners of the world, The Silva Method is designed to help people unlock the huge potential of the mind. The system of thought was developed four decades ago, and has since gained much momentum in its many classrooms and teachings. Lasting two and a half days, the Silva Life System course considers the ways in which people can work towards achieving their life goals. A variety of mindtraining techniques are examined, including deep relaxation, sleep control, mental screen and habit control. The Silva Intuition Training lasts two days and is intended for those who have already completed the Silva Life System course. It focuses on using the creative abilities of the mind to help others, as well as identifying one’s own mission in life.
