It provides an environmentallyfriendly way to have fun and enjoy nature. Platforms are built on trees at various heights and connected with a range of activities to allow the participants to move from one tree to another, with a harness and initiation by a qualified instructor ensuring safety during activities. What sort of activities? The canopy can be traversed by various means, including cargo nets, swings, climbing walls, surfboards, ladders and even a bridge crossing for the particularly brave. The courses take around three hours to complete, spanning heights from 120 metres. What is Tibradden Wood like? Zipit Forest Adventures are opening a new course in the Pine Forest, which lies in the Dublin mountains at around 320m above sea level. Tibradden lies between Cruagh and Kilmashogue mountains at around 320m above sea level. Who is the course suitable for? With five different circuits catering for different heights, ages and abilities including the red circuit for adrenaline junkies. Families can complete circuits together or parents can monitor kids from the ground.
