I purchased a groupon voucher for two facial treatments on 25th july 2024. The voucher was redeemed by the business on 27th July.
I booked in and attended my appointment on 11th August. The beautician would not carry out the treatment because I was breastfeeding.
I had checked on Groupon and on the businsses website (now gone) before purchasing and it said nothing about breastfeeding. I saw that others did the treatment when breastfeeding and that it was safe.
She said she would do the treatment in future when I stopped breastfeeding so i agreed, but when I contacted the business to book in again since I have just been ignored.
The website has been taken down and now their email address is no longer in use. Reporting to the CCPC
