Fitness Bootcamp mixes up work outs with many different types of training, including cardio, circuits, weights, and endurance, as well as yoga, martial arts and interactive games. Sessions begin with warm-ups and stretches before incorporating high intensity activities. Women and men of all fitness levels are welcome, with trainers looking to keep workouts fun and friendly. Regular social gatherings are also organised, including surf trips, race events and nights out.
