They contact us to mention that the original date was cancelled.
Then, a new date was provided in Groupon and we went all the way to the RDS and the event was not on.
There was no information on their website so when the date changed in Groupon, we assumed the event was going ahead.
Never got contacted by the organisers nor reimbursed.
Complete lack of professionalism!

Cancelled the day before the event. Didn't even inform me I found out via social media! I purchased 4 tickets and still waiting on a refund since Oct 24.
