With over 200 classes a week and 60 venues the length and breadth of the country, MilitaryFitness4U has been striving to promote fit and healthy lifestyle since 2013. The classes are led by the Armed Forces members who are also qualified fitness professionals and combine military-inspired training techniques with an adapted civilian-friendly approach. Designed to build stamina and general strength, the workout sessions are addressed to all willing to improve their fitness skills, no matter their size or fitness level.
