The restaurant was inspired by the story of the legendary Waldorf Astoria hotel in New York, whose underground platform, Track 61, allowed VIPs unobtrusive access to the hotel. Conveniently nestled in the heart of Dublin, Platform 61 offers a modern and unusual ambience, combining the rough texture of its walls with mirrors and cosy lighting.
