About SD Pilates

SD Pilates is a space, where customers can practise Pilates on a beginners' or intermediate level. Classes include lessons for individuals, mums with babies or those who are pregnant. Studio owner Selma Daniel is a Pilates instructor and professional dancer with over two decades of choreography and education experience.
