Shivam Yoga Dublin is named after a form of yoga founded on Shankhya and Tantra, some of the oldest philosophies of India. It is based on techniques such as balance, stretching, strength and rotation of spine, as well as breathing exercises, meditation, relaxation, and mantras. These techniques from ancient Indian civilisation can be carried out on a basic, intermediate, and advanced level. All levels are welcome in the same class.
