Vermilion restaurant is named after the red dot which traditionally adorns the foreheads of married women, a symbol of the female energy of Parvati and Sati. The takeaway and a la carte menus incorporate a blend of Indian favourites and innovative recipes, while the children's menu also offers up a list of English dishes, including fish and chips as well as pasta bolognese.
